And the unlucky victim number four happens to be... Cooler from Pound Puppies.
Based on the 1987 Tri-Star film version, not the 1986 cartoon series version. I've only seen the film, I never saw the cartoon show.
As it said in there, Izzy had caught Cooler AND Whopper, but Whopper managed to get away (which was something then saying that they just got another anonymous call.

Awesome pic. So Bright Eyes was there, odd he didn't kidnap her too. Gotta say, as much shit as the Legend Of Big Paw gets for being corporate shit, I really liked the change of designs for the characters. Again, nice pic!
